Our PEX hose is produced by the equipment developed by our own company, the advantages are as below:

The materials are special for food grade and researched and developed by ourselves, the water immersion test has passed the certification by China Disease Prevention and Control Center Environmental Health and Related Product Safety, not containing lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic and other heavy metals, plasticizer-free, free of bisphenol A.

◆Meet the standard of KTW and W270 by Germany HY Laboratory.

◆Excellent heat resistance property,crosslinking degree is above 65%,work temperature is from -40℃ to 95℃ for 20 years at least,  the work temperature can reach 110℃ in short time;

◆Excellent ageing resistance , meet the requirements of cold and hot water circulation test;

◆Excellent pressure resistance,bursting pressure is 0.4-1.2MPa(according to National Standard, the water pipes pressure is only 0.14MPa);

◆Corrosion resistant to acid, alkali, salt and other chemicals, have good resistance to acid and alkali.Excellent organic solvent resistance,also having good resistance to some organic solvents of high permeability which EPDM and PVC can't resist.

◆ Small creep,low shrinkage and stable dimension.

Special advantages compared with EPDM hose and PVC hose:

◆More safe and healthy for food grade, specially for drinking water supply.

However, EPDM hose and PVC hose contains many heavy metal and poison materials

◆better ageing resistance than EPDM hose and PVC hose, work time is 20 years at least without dehiscence.
